How to use the workbook
The videos below will guide you through your use of the Scrumify Workbook.
Kick-Off
Vision
We often start working on an idea without understanding the problems we seek to solve. Use the Vision page to articulate the problems, and how things will be different when those problems are solved.
Kick-Off
Stakeholder Personas
Mixing your Stakeholders with User Personas, we can create proxies for Stakeholders. We break out your own motivations into separate Personas, ensuring that you're getting useful feedback from all the right voices.
Kick-Off
Working Agreement
A Working Agreement with Yourself is how you can capture your ideals, ethics, and how you want to work so that you can keep yourself honest and stay true to yourself when making tough decisions.
Kick-Off
Goals
Goals should be achievable, but not easy. Make them measurable, but not time-constrained.Achieving a Goal should mean that your Vision is now closer to reality.
Kick-Off
User Stories
User Stories are a useful tool for pulling back from strict, prescriptive tasks to find the bigger picture behind them. They allow you to more deeply explore why you're doing what you're doing, and give you guidance in case your first choice on how isn't working out as planned.
Kick-Off
